I read this earlier today, and it's about the Japanese food that was originally Western but has now become totally Japanese. I'm posting it here because Korea was under Japaneses rule in the past and this food was also imported to Korea as well. Sometimes I run across food that isn't Western but isn't really Korean, either, and this helps to explain part of what's going on.
