going to try my hand at lentil loaf tonight. I have been wanting to branch out with pulses because everything I make in that department ends up tasting the same because I use the same spices every time. Not today! I found a basic lentil loaf that had ingredients I had and I am going to use cumin and coriander, if I can find some tonight, to make a falafel inspired loaf.
