lost, but not gone

I can't focus, I have no motivation, and there is a wee bit of panic. Why does panic accompany paralysis? It really isn't that dramatic. I am going to graduate, I just need to get through one class, and in December I will be done. Really, I must turn in a paper tomorrow, and after that is done, my mind will be in a much clearer state.
