I forgot how 'easy' this is. Yes, I have cravings, and I flat out just love to eat junk food, but not eating it isn't that big of a deal. Actually, I have a jelly bean that one of my students gave me floating around in my pencil case from earlier in the day that I declined to eat. I just finished a fantastic lunch of salad greens and fish, and for dinner I am planning a tofu stir fry, which is a normal no fuss dinner for me. Last night I did have a little maple syrup (with blueberry whole wheat pancakes) to get me through the toughest part of my day. I always want sugar at night.
