definitely going to take the advice and post these on the fridge. Are soups a summer food? I used to think not, but they definitely are here is South Korea. As far as I can tell the idea is to raise the body temperature and sweat, or I could be way off, but that's what I think after some conversations about summer food with the kiddos. If broths and stocks are made ahead of time and frozen, it makes for super fast meals with not a lot of work. I can turn on the kitchen fan, close the door, hang out in the cool living room, and dinner makes itself. Now I have all the inspiration I need!
