dinner tonight

found this mango ginger beef in the crock pot recipe when I was reading about b-log's ice cream. I am so excited for this! I still had some beef that Catie gave me when she and Ben left Korea, and I have been working through all sorts of crock pot ideas. As I was looking at the ice cream I started perusing other recipes and I had everything but the mangoes so I got some of those last night and I wish dinner time could get here faster.
