Okay. The pintos are all done, and I made non-refried beans tonight, very good. I actually cooked them in the crock pot which worked out great, I soaked them over night, rinsed them this morning, threw them in the crock pot and cooked on low for about 8 hours. I'm going to freeze them because I can't possibly eat them all in a timely manner. And sometime this week I will get to the pinks and then the real test can begin!
