tonsillitis

One of the expats has tonsillitis, and the poor guy is miserable. Yesterday he said he didn't feel well and was sucking on lozenges, and then this morning he went to the hospital-our version of the doctor. He had all manner of pills and rinses today. I feel bad for him and tonight I made a nice pot of chicken soup and will take him a big tupperware of it tomorrow. Being sick and away from the comforts of home is terrible, I hope he's on the mend tomorrow!
