I'm going to see if I can track down some lentils today. There is a crazy import food store in old downtown that Catie took me to when I first got here, and I think that might be my spot. I bought Thai curry paste there and they had all manner of things, form Russian vodka to Indian tea. And besides, it's fun to go look around. I also found a recipe for a lentil pie with a potato crust, and I plan to make it.
