not what I thought

okay, that was not whole wheat flour. I still have no idea what it is, I'm going to take it to work tomorrow and ask. I made a loaf of bread, and while it did rise, it's real weird. The dough was not elastic at all, it fell apart, so that's a lack of gluten, I think. Catie gets whole wheat flour sent to her, so that's what I will have to do.
