Part of meal planning is knowing what I've got to work with. The more I get into this the more interesting I am finding it. I've also been trying to look at what I've got and use it in new ways. I seem to have a lot of eggs most of the time because I buy them from a lady at the market and she only sells them 18 at a time. That's something I find strange about the traditional market: it seems like I have to buy a lot of one thing there, which would be okay if there were more people in this house, but it's me and my freezer is small. Next week we have a 3 day holiday, so we will be off from Wednesday to Sunday and I think I'm going to try some new recipes.
