persimmons

I see the persimmons every time I go to the market and I think today is the day! I plan on making a cinnamon roll loaf today and I also need to make chicken soup and I don't think I can resist picking up some persimmons as well. I can't recall ever eating one, but they look so pretty and strange that I must.
