white flour is a no-no, but I did it anyway, and I didn't eat pounds and pounds like I wanted to. I am going to make crackers tonight. I have always wanted to make my own crackers, I love them and it's harder than I thought to find ones that aren't full of junk, so I am going to make some that have ground seeds, whole wheat, an egg, some oil, and some salt. I will post with results.
