I went to the grocery store last night and stockpiled bananas. I had bought some on Tuesday night and when I got up on Wednesday, there was only one left, though thankfully there was that one for my smoothie. I don't think I feel too much different, I'm still having sugar cravings, though they are much easier to handle. I have been eating a lot of whole wheat stuff because it's easy to get a hold of. I've lost some weight, which is good. I'm about 1/3 finished, and I am thinking about adding a week so I would end at the same time as everyone in the house.
