But really, a lot of making. I am still making all the bread at the beach. Let me tell you about it. I get to work, and it is really early, and REALLY hot in the kitchen. Cassidy, who is the boss of me, cut the dough for me into manageable sizes, and I start making all the rolls. Ham and cheese; pesto with olive, artichoke, and fire roasted red peppers; blueberry and rasberry, both with a citrus cream cheese filling, orange walnut with orange walnut butter and a strusel on top; almond poppyseed with popyseed butter; cinnamin with brown sugar butter; cardamom with brown sugar butter; and sometimes whole wheat with honey butter and glazed with maple syrup. Oh my gosh it's a lot when you type it all out. I also make cookies, and the fillings and butters and the cream cheese icing. And then there's bread dough, which I am learning to make. I am making all sorts of things and I am filthy and tired when the day is done, but it's awesome.
