I am really enjoying the meal planning! In the beginning I was only planning dinners, but now I'm planning lunches, too. I only plan for the weeknights, I like to go with the flow on Saturday and Sunday. It's saving time, it helps things to go more smoothly, it's helping me to make sure I'm eating well, and I'm trying some new and different things. This week is quiche, BBQ beef in the crock pot, roast chicken, quesadilla, and I'm going to have some sort of take-out for dinner on Friday night, most likely pizza.
