I tried the mystery flour out again tonight and the result was beautiful. I also made a poolish, so it was a double whammy of awesomeness. I also planned the meals for the week and made a shopping list. My next project of organizing a life an adult would like to live in is a budget. I've found it easy to manage my money up until now. I've got a lot going on; I've got savings goals and it's weird to have goods and services cost differently than what I'm used to, so I need a plan. Food is expensive here, eating out is very cheap, services are cheap. Now that my brain is in a better state and culture shock has been dealt with, it's time to move onto the more subtle aspects of living here.
