gift giving

It's the gift giving season, and of course I have some thoughts on that! My friend Bethany at b-log sent me an email that made me think. I love giving gifts, but I am truly terrible at getting things to people. (I don't like going into the post office, domestic or foreign.) I like to make stuff, and I love it when I see something and am inspired to give it to someone. I like giving gifts at Christmas, but I also like to surprise people. So my point is this: if you feel led to give someone a gift, do it, any time of year! My family doesn't exchange gifts very well, we are very hit and miss, but I like them too much to care.
