Jonas

One of the kids, Jonas, is particularly in touch with his emotions. When he was 4 he had had a rough day at Grandma's house. She brought him home and as he was saying good-bye to her, he told her, "Grandma, I have three loves for you. Two of them are gone. If you yell at me one more time I am through with you." He moved his hands in front of himself like an umpire would to signal someone safe to signal that he was done. So now of course we say that to one another, that we have 3 loves. I love that kid, and he might be the one I miss the most when I am gone.
