the goal is no refined sugar, or other refined foods, really, for 4 weeks. No fake food. I eat pretty well, all be it too much, so this is mostly about dealing with the sugar and fake food. And I'm too fat and need to reign that back in a little. I'm not ever going to be rail thin, but I don't need to be this way, either.

You can do this. After my weekend of baking, I am thinking I want to do it, too. I did it for awhile before, and I found that when I don't have sugar, I don't want it, but when I start eating it again, that's all I want.
