fermentation in Korea

my dearest darling friend Catie is fermenting stuff in Korea. Also, I made a much too early batch of sour dough because my brioche didn't turn out, so it won't be super sour, alas, but it's for the fibre arts retreat this weekend, and it was the fastest alternative I could come up with. All the food is coming together and I'm going to leave in about 2 hours, so I feel like I'm flying a little bit at the moment!
