all the bread

Yesterday we made too much oatmeal, so today we made all the oatmeal bread, 3 loaves, and it's beautiful. Maybe a helpful hint: the internal temp of bread should be 200 degrees f, and to help your bread brown, put a pan of water into the oven with it, I just filled a mini loaf pan full of hot water and put it on the oven floor since the oven here has its element at the tom, but you could put it on one of the racks, too
