so since my goal has been to get hotter, I have been getting hotter. I have lost some weight, I have been wearing much better pants, and I have been more mindful of my diet. I'm not into diets, as in eat this and this and not that and that. I have just been eating less. If left to my own devices, I graze. I am trying to let dinner be my last food for the day, especially since House of Kafka eats dinner late, and to not have too much sugar, especially dessert twice. I am hungry at breakfast, which is normal. I will eat breakfast regardless if I am hungry for it, so better I be hungry.
