slow food

Borsch tonight! It took a while to cut everything up this morning, but it looks and smells good! I think I could have seasoned it better, I should work on that. I also bought a roll on my way home from school because I made poolish this morning, but I left school late, so I knew I wouldn't get it made in time. I am all over MAKE-ing lately. Tons of home made food, printing photographs, baking, and metals. Metals is going really well, so well that I am going to try and pursue that more after graduation, some how. I'm going to go eat now.
