beef confession

It was so good, better than I expected. The recipe was a bit trashy, which is par for the slow cooking course. I would like to have real beef burgundy, though. And this would have made a great stew, so I think I want to re-work it a bit. Barley. And as far as stew in concerned, I should be coming up with a wonderful vegetarian stew because it' so much more assessable for me, and I would feel better about it in my heart.
