tomorrow is brioche day. I made the dough this morning. I am starting the final count down at bread and ocean. I will be leaving the beach next Saturday. I have really really enjoyed my time here, but I'm also excited to go home and see all my people. And I'm a little scared to see how much all the children have changed in the last 6 weeks. It's mind blowing how much they change so fast.
