brioche

we made brioche this morning. It's really pretty. The dough has a lot of eggs and butter, and it is best worked with when cold. I pushed it into the little pans and we made 3 kinds: chocolate mascarpone, strawberry cream cheese, and almond with butter. I love making these different things, learning things I would never have taught myself.
