dinner

I got the yellow curry, and it's not my most favorite, though it is delicious. It's too much like other's I've had, and it isn't spicy, really. But, without my red curry kick, I wouldn't have known. I used tofu, but it would be better with chicken. I also served it with noodles and that was a nice change from rice. Ithink this would be a great option for kids who don't like spicy, because it's mellow. Chicken stalk and chicken would add depth to the flavour, so I'm going to try that next time. The market where I got the curry has 3 or 4 more kinds, all Thai, so I'm excited!
