year round sprouting

I have had a sprouting jar for several years now. I bought some seeds in SLC just before Christmas and I am sprouting sprouting sprouting! My mom used to do it when we were little, she said it was the easiest way she ever grew food. So here I am, growing stuff inside my house, and it's just a jar, so it doesn't take up any space.
