tonight I began the great Christmas organizationathon. I have been setting out the presents in piles according to the households they will go to. I need to start the wrapping. Every year this is a task, and sometimes I have a hard time keeping everything in it's place, concerning where it ends up, etc. This is also when I find the holes in the plan and scramble to fill the gaps. This year I had some artwork to dole out and that was fun to look at. I need to get some boxes, I like to have a box for each destination. I am also hopefully going to SLC, depending on the roads, and so I must get that squared away as well.
Today was also an applesauce marathon. My mom gave me a box of apples, so I was getting that cooked, though I burned some into the bottom of the pot, so I had to wash that out and it's still soaking. I'm hoping to get that canned tomorrow. I also baked a pan of brownies to take to SLC, I am becoming better at baking in the toaster oven.
I think I'm going to have a cup of inka and wrap up all my buisness.
