I have been really into curry lately. Curry powder has been added to many things that I wouldn't normally try, most successfully egg salad. After voting last week I stopped by an ethnic grocery and bought this Thai curry paste. I did what the package told me to and came up with a coconut curry that was delicious with jasmin rice.
